Soft, fragrant, and truly unique: our Panettone made with fresh Paradis new olive oil is back again this year. Created in collaboration with Giacomo Altemura, it’s crafted using the just-pressed oil from our eco-farm, Paradis Agricole.

From November 21 to 23, you can find it at our stand at Panettonissimo, the event in the heart of Pietrasanta that celebrates the artistry of traditional pastry-making.
